Open Positions:

We're currently looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in our Dallas office. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate order processing between our distribution and manufacturer partners. This is an entry-level position with room for advancement in a fast growing company.

Standard office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. This position is not remote. Benefits Offered - Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, Retirement Plan, and Paid Time Off.

Responsibilities Include: Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and review orders. Inform customers by e-mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays. Receive and respond to customers in a timely fashion Verify customer and order information for accuracy, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary Inform manufacturers to prepare and ship orders to designated locations Review inventory records to determine availability of requested materials Inspect orders for completeness according to procedures and address incomplete orders for further processing File copies of orders received, or post orders on records Notify customer when an order is received and shipped using the customer’s preferred contact method on each order received Answer daily customer service line and field customer questions and complaints

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Ability to execute the role with the utmost professionalism at all times Willingness to participate in on-the-job training Organized and high attention to detail One to two years order-clerk experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications
We're currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This successful candidate enjoys a collaborative team environment, providing excellent customer service, and has a “whatever-it-takes” attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities: Handle customer service related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Support marketing and assist with business development leads Provide quotes to customers based on current market trends Follow-up on pending shipments, quotes, and any customer inquiries Process returns and resolve invoicing discrepancies for pending orders Reconcile sales reports and monthly statements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the electrical sales industry Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines Effective time management skills and high attention to detail Knowledge and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are preferred
