Lynnette started her electrical career from the ground level, with a well-known distributor partner in the mid-west. After seven years of learning the ins and outs of the market with a local distributor in Iowa, she joined a global lighting company where she held many key roles allowing her expansion of into the manufacturing process, supply chain, product launch and development of lighting products. Lynnette earned her MBA from the University of Iowa and is LC Certified. After spending time at a startup LED company, she became well versed with dynamic lighting, the technology behind smart lighting, and IoT. Lynnette’s passion and energy for educating and training allow the attendee to more completely understand the topics and ensures each training session is a success.
